111 Fourth Avenue is an iconic Greenwich Village full service loft co-op building.
Originally built and designed by Starrett & Van Vleeck in 1925 for the International Tailoring Company, it was
converted into residential lofts in 1977 - a pioneering project expanding luxury living towards Union Square.
The residential conversion created 11 different
units on each floor, all with over 13 foot ceilings and 10-ft. high windows. In conjunction with
the great Union Square location, the building offers spacious units, two landscaped roof decks,
laundry rooms on each floor, central air
conditioning and storage.
